In 2024 our stadium pitch will be relaid for the first time in 17 years. This presents a great opportunity for families with ashes of a loved one at home to have them scattered under the new pitch. We request donations of £750 to Swansea in the Community or the the Academy.
Our team will respectfully place the ashes of your loved one, under the pitch during a window in the schedule for the pitch construction. The time for scattering can vary depending on weather and any project delays so we do not invite the family to scatter the ashes themselves.
A special football pitch icon will be allocated to your loved one's online tribute page on www.Legacyofseaswan.com to verify that their ashes are under the pitch. A certificate will also be provided to the family that could be framed.
